When the item is in stock and we have received your payment, it will usually be posted within 3 working days. With the exception of:

• Personalized articles.
• Printed articles.
• Handmade items.
• Other items where a different delivery time is clearly stated. This delivery time is indicated with the article.
If you place an order with an item that is in stock together with an item with a different delivery time, we will only ship when the order is complete. If you wish to receive a partial delivery, the additional shipping costs incurred are for your own account.
If you want to request a status about your order, we would like to ask you to first check with the ordered item whether a different delivery time is stated before contacting us.
The shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart. Letterbox post is 3,95 per order.
If it does not fit in the letterbox or the value of the order is so high that the risk of damage is high, we will send it by parcel. The costs are 6,95, this is a registered mail. Orders above 70, - are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
