Can i cancel my order?

You can place your order, once it has been placed, cannot more cancel. Did something go wrong while ordering? Then take contact contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

When the item is in stock and we have received your payment, it will usually be posted within 3 working days. Of exception of:

– Pre orders.
– Personalized articles.
– Printed articles.
– Handmade items.
– Other items where a different delivery time is clearly stated.

Do you place an order with an item that is in stock together with an item that has a other delivery time is stated, we will only ship when the order complete is. If you wish to receive a partial delivery, the extra shipping costs incurred for their own account.

If you want to request a status about your order, we would like to ask you to first check with the ordered item whether a different delivery time is stated before contacting us.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart. Letterbox post is 3,95 per order.
If it does not fit in the letterbox or the value of the order is so high that the risk of damage is great, we will send it via parcel. The costs of this are 5,95, this is a registered shipment. Orders over 50,- will be free shipped by us within the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the shipping costs for foreign orders?

The shipping costs for Belgium are 5,95 per order. Applies to Belgium free shipping from 50,-. A different minimum order amount applies for all other countries.

Why is my order on hold?

when you see that your order is on hold, this is because you have ordered an item with a different delivery time. You can think of:

• Pre orders.
• Personalized articles.
• Printed articles.
• Handmade items.
• Other items where a different delivery time is clearly stated.
The fact that there is a different delivery time is always stated with the relevant article.

Pre order

When you place a Pre Order with us, the order will only be sent when it is complete is.
There is therefore no partial shipment of items that are in stock in the meantime. If you would like this, please indicate this in the "order notes" on the "checkout page". Additional shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer. This also applies to items with a different delivery time, thinking about handmade or personalized clothing. A different delivery time stayed always mentioned with the article.

What are working days in terms of delivery times?

We use delivery times in working days, so this is Monday to Friday. With the exception of public holidays, these fall cannot under the mentioned working days.

Shipment 'is delivered', but still haven't received anything?

Has your shipment been delivered according to track & trace, but have you not received anything? Below you can read what could be wrong.

Shipment does not fit through the letterbox
There is a good chance that the shipment has been delivered to the neighbors. We always do this if we are unable to deliver a package to your home. The shipment can of course also have been received by a housemate. In that case, the deliverer leaves a card stating the address to which the package has been delivered.

Shipment fits through the letterbox
It is sometimes useful for the delivery person to scan all packages that fit through the letterbox in one go. So don't panic: the shipment will probably be delivered a little later in the day.

Still no package after two working days?
Please contact us via the contact form, stating your order number. We will then deploy an "inquiry driver" at DHL. This means that DHL will personally contact the driver concerned to inquire where exactly the package has been delivered that day. Please allow 5 working days before we receive a confirmation from DHL.
